Who We Are

Who We Are

Rohan Gupta
Managing Director

Over the course of a diverse 10-year career in all aspects of real estate investment, and asset management, Rohan Gupta has proven to be a visionary entrepreneur and an innovative manager.

One of Rohan’s key strengths has been in asset management, in his ability both to recognize the potential for improvement of under-performing assets as well as to execute his vision. In 2002, he began to create real estate investment syndicates to acquire properties to develop. One of his early real estate successes was the turnaround of six floundering apartment buildings around the the University of Southern California campus into a vibrant 150-bed student housing community.

He followed up these early efforts, with the 2006 launch of Stuho, a Student Housing Management Company. Today, Stuho is one of the largest private management companies in the USC Area with over 40 buildings that hold 1000 beds.

A dedicated promoter of community improvement, Rohan redeveloped an abandoned apartment building into a special care facility in 2003. Today that facility is the Grand Avenue Center for Dignity, an 8,000 square foot substance abuse treatment center that is being operated by Walden House, the largest provider of rehabilitation services in California.

He continues to be actively involved in his community by serving as the Vice President of the North Area Neighborhood District Council (NANDC) and chairman of the Land Use committee.Eager to keep a close connection to his alma mater, USC, Rohan has been a mentor for undergraduates through the USC Career Advantage Program (CAP) for the past four years.

Prior to his real estate career, Rohan worked in web marketing for Teledyne Relays Inc. a Fortune 500 conglomerate, and in business development for several technology start-ups.
Mr. Gupta graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in Economics.
