Midtown block to get makeover

The Pasteur Medical Building and the Midtown block it occupies is set to get a significant renovation. The building was first constructed in 1950 as a medical school and a 5-story addition was built in 1959. Currently, the building houses a variety of medical offices and includes an attached parking structure. Read News

More apartments coming to downtown’s Sycamore Square

Owners plan to add a new building, and convert two-bed units into smaller residences. A Los Angeles group that purchased downtown’s Sycamore Square Apartments last winter is embarking on a plan to convert two-bedroom units to one-bedroom units and build an addition that will increase the complex from 59 to 160 residences.
